Yes, I’m inclined to agree. All too often I start listening to and watching these type of “healing” videos and they never quite get around to giving the information and help they purport to offer and I very seldom stay to find whether there is actually any help being offered, Whereas this fella came straight in with advice, so I will be giving it a try. 👍

I was the same way--- reluctant to click because of fear it would turn into an infomercial. I've now watched about a dozen of Dr. Mandell's videos and not once has he tried to sell anything. He gets right to the point after explaining all the benefits of whatever ingredients are in the video. I am converted now-- this guy is the real deal.

@@Sharkmoves how many times have you visited your healthcare, I retired from a 40 year service with one of the largest hmo. I believe every year patients have to sign a disclaimer. Don’t worry they all cover their asses, they have to or will be sued constantly for everything. Don’t think I’m standing up for this HMO this is not the case, in the past few years they have gone way down hill in my opinion. I have severe anxiety and cringe when I have to go there. So this Dr. that is giving us good healthy information is doing a great service. Why are you here if you feel this way? I’m sure there are many KZbin channels that you can bitch about that deserve your comments.

Last week, I had a day of suffering from sinusitis caused by allergies. I went through 2 boxes of kleenex in a matter of hours. I sneezed and wheezed and felt horrible. I started spitting up yellow phlegm and ended up getting short of breath which is a horrible feeling. I had bronchitis a few years ago, and am always fearful that any cold or allergy will morph into another bout of bronchitis. A few days after seeing this video, I purchased some thyme. I made a cup of breath easy and green tea and sprinkled in some thyme. My lungs feel so much better. I made the same tea today and will drink it at least twice a week. My lungs feel great. No blowing, sneezing, or runny nose. Thank you so much. I will keep Thyme in my household. Last week my Dr asked me if I wanted him to prescribe an inhaler. Absolutely not. I don't need it. 😊

That doesn't mean that he's not knowledgeable or does his research. I research and I'm not a doctor. Good advice is good advice. You don't need a degree to know what you're talking about. Everyone can do their own research. Just make sure that it's full research, use discernment, many sources and anyone without a degree can learn about anything that they want. To add, there are so many natural and cheap remedies because they come from the earth, not pharm-a-poisons who are in cohoots with most dr's. Do you honestly think that most dr's would suggest thyme? No, bc they don't make anything off of it. Just think about it. Please think alot. Have a beautiful day!

During the pandemic of 1918 hospitals we’re using thyme steam inhalations as well as using it to clean the sick wards, the thymol is a potent antibacterial and antiviral phenolic compound. It’s one of the active ingredients in listerine mouthwash. Whenever I feel a sore throat or a cold coming on I do 2 rinses with listerine for 30 seconds each, every 4 hours and it usually nips it in the bud. They also were laying the patients out in the warm morning and early afternoon sunshine, well covered up of course if it was cold outside. Sunshine is incredibly healing, especially early morning!

Why is this not talked about more? I shared this with my mother who has a ton of lung issues. I even found a study saying thyme extract has cytotoxic effects on lung cancer cells. Thank you for talking about this. ❤

Thyme is really hard to control the market on, so why talk about it when you can get X pill that kinda helps and makes them more money?

Thank you Dr. Mandell for helping us to get healthier the natural way and not taking all the pills that doctors want to shove down our throats. Most Americans (elderly) are over medicated. I started chewing on Organic Fennel seeds about two weeks ago and have noticed a difference in my body.

I take care of my mother. We watch your videos all the time. They help so much. We call you the great healer. Our own doctors don't tell us about any of this. They rather give you pills. I try to go natural when it comes to my mother. So we appreciate all your help. God bless you! 💞🙌🙏

It's absolutely true what you said. It's leaf is also so powerful and aromatic. Helps big deal in digestion as well as in improving appetite... Pepper, honey and Thyme are must have for herbal treatment first aid and quick relief (twice a day for 3 days) for throat relief and common cold.
