Just diagnosed with walking bacterial pneumonia after struggling with respiratory issues the last 3 weeks. Nurse said make sure you move & breathe to move that mucus out. So I’m grateful to have found this video & this channel. These exercises immediately relaxed my back & I expelled some phlegm. Just as hoped. Thank you!

Dr.Mandell, U r so AWESOME! I have COPD & Emphysema and this exercise helps me to get a good deep breath! TY so so much! I try to watch all of ur videos because U explain everythang in plain English which most Drs DONT even take the time to try! All they wan,t to do is prescribe us pills that might help with the symptoms but don’t do a thing for the actual problem and in the long run they do more harm than good to our body’s but they could care less cause they get a certain percentage of each and every prescription they write out for somebody and they always make it work so that u have to go back and back again cause more money in their pockets. This is so wrong of them and one day it will come back on them in some way! They r selfish money hungry, greedy people! They r a prime example of the saying “ Money Is The Root of All Evil “ ! U r the only Dr I know of and have ever known that I feel like I can really trust!!! God Bless U and TY for dedication ,and honesty and for all ur videos and TY Jesus for helpin me to find Dr. Mandell

I’ve been going to a chiropractor for a year and my upper back has never cracked. I have had issues with breathing for years because of anxiety and stress. So much so that my diaphragm and stomach muscles are so tight they pull me over into a hunched position. I’m praying this works in getting my back loose and breathing easier. It did feel pretty good but weird in a good way. Thank you!!

How timely! Covid-19 hit our family... at least two out of three of us so far. My balance is so off, holding on to the counter, or anything! is a must right now. MS doesn't like a fevered body! Using pulse oximeter and levels vary between 95-98; so happy when I see a quick hit on 99, where it usually shows. This too, shall pass. The Lord is always with me. 💗

Psalms 27:1 (A Psalm of David.) "1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." Psalms 55:22 "The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him." Nahum 1:7 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:20 "38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39 "5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." Hebrews 13:5-6 "6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." 1 Peter 5:6-7 I had covid last year, & I haven't been the same since, so I kind of know what you're going through. But The Lord Jesus is good, and He is an ever abiding strength! So, I'm praying for your healing, and for you to grow ever closer to The Lord Jesus Christ 🙏❤☝📖 God speed.

Thank you, all. Today is our daughter's fifth day of the medication some drs & even some pharmacies will not fill. Even though I was on prophylaxis mode of same med, I still got it, so meds increased from 4 to 9; plus additional med, H, 2X/day. Both are for five days. Headache not as ferocious today. Temp down to 99.7. So it's improving little by little, PTL. This is not like a little cold as some experience. Daughter had exact symptoms so I know how this might go. God bless you for your prayers. Ultimately, Jesus is our Great Healer. 💗

Thank you Dr Mandell. I've done this for a long time and added it to my yoga stretches etc. This is absolutely fantastic since I'm avoiding back surgery to have 2 rods put in on each side. My neurosurgeon last week said to keep doing what I have been doing. This helps build even more strength to the muscles and I am not needing such an drastic surgery. Between this exercise and so many other simple things, my body is healing itself or I should say, strengthening other muscles to take pressure off the issue. Thank you again so much for everything you share. God Bless

What an amazing stretch! I have a condition that has attacked my spine and have had many spinal fusions already (almost 1/3 of spine total is now surgically fused with one level that fused naturally). My mid-thoracic has been a big problem lately and I’ve never found a way to really get an effective stretch for those muscles that just get so tight as they “guard” the pain in my spine…this stretch gave me some relief! I’ll be practicing this daily, being very careful of course, but I just can’t thank you enough for your videos! Eleven years of these spinal problems and pain and this is the first I’ve learned of this stretch. Thank you again!

Thanks for your wonderful demonstration on how to decompress your back... I'd like to mention that Similar exercise is part of my five time prayer as a Muslim... Please, analyse for us and find out all the benefits. Japanese sitting posture is inspired from our prayer... In another hand, once upon a time, American military personnel used a typical hammock for stretching their spin, a way of strangling, horizontally with attached feet any fixed point. Greetings.

Covid this past spring.(2021) lower part of lungs are mushed. (not collapsed) First excersize had me breathing better. Second part caused some muscle strain in lungs, but when I relaxed I was actually yawning pretty deep. Can really feel were the mushed part is and where it is not ! That means oxygen really was expanding ! Thus this must mean my lungs will eventually become stronger in time. Just have to be patient with myself. Dr. Mandell, you are such a sweetheart for sharing such information to the public. Thank you so much. Almost lost two dear brothers due to covid. Will show them these excersizes this morning. 9:20 am. 👍. (USA New-England)
