@@st-qd8wg The F2 doesn`t weight 800lbs or anything near. I had one back in the day and it`s stated weight was 558lbs and that was the kerb weight.
@serberious Жыл бұрын
@@st-qd8wg I sold her because she was way too heavy , don`t get me wrong, she was a great bike and the last of the Honda in-line fours and when riding she was light as a feather - BUT -I saw a Honda CBR 900 FZ for sale, took a test ride and it blew me away ! , the difference was unbelievable ! Much lighter ( Even with a Polaris fairing fitted ), better handling and much faster - about 138mph. Now, THAT was the bike that I`d wished I`d never sold. It was sooo comfortable to ride over long distances and even with the tall fairing screen it was really fast, I wish I`d never sold her. You F2 sounds sooo cool,!, I`ll bet the other bikers twist their necks for a look when you`re out for a blast ! , good luck with her .

I restored my f2 in 2002 on my own . I put the engine on its side and put the frame on to the engine!
@arne19974 ай бұрын
Yeah that works way better, I just finished restoring a second one and did it that way this time.

Great outcome mates. I've 76 -750f that needs to be restored, but there's no way I can do it by myself. Subbed.

Hallo, schönes Video. Sie haben da eine gute Arbeit gemacht. Wollte auch was Fragen. Die Verkleidung auf dem Unrestaurierten Motorrad ist das eine Rickmann Verkleidung?
@arne1997 Жыл бұрын

Bought one of these new in August 1977. By the end of its first winter it looked as bad as your example. Horrible thing, soon sold it.
@arne199710 ай бұрын
Did you keep riding it through the winter and were they putting salt on the road or not? Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised.
