Hello! Normally, I watch your KZbin videos on my TV because the screen is much bigger than my 11 inch laptop. The downside to that is I cannot enter a "thumbs up" or a comment. However, today I am on that little laptop to say "THANK YOU!!!" Sometime back you mentioned that you had two pair of pants from Deluth. I had never been to one of their stores, but had been told that they were an expensive clothing store. (Which leaves me out.) The way you talked about your pants lead me to decide to check them out. Long story - short..., I bought a pair. And, I love them so much, I just bought a second pair! So, my "thank you" is late in coming to you, but much deserved. THANK YOU!!! You also get another "thank you" for taking the effort to share your videos. I enjoy them a lot and regularly watch them. While I may be invisible to you, I do appreciate your videos. Thank you for sharing!

Too bad you couldn’t go across the entire north shore across Canada. In 2019 a neighbor and I rode our 1997 and 2000 BMW R1100rt’s from metro Detroit over to Muskegon took the ferry over to Milwaukee then north up and around Lake Superior crossing back into Michigan at Sault Ste. Marie. It was a great trip. Enjoy your ride and stay safe!

If we ever get our freedom (to roam) back, you must ride the Canadian north shore between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay. Scenery that will have you coming back for more.

Me being a foreigner see too much bad news from the US on the world news, it’s wonderful to see some local nice countryside news, it’s too easy to get a wrong impression of the states, really refreshing, good for the soul, keep up the videos, your doing a fantastic job.I spent 20 years sailing around the world, first trip Manchester to Chicago and back through the Great Lakes, wonderful start to my career, loved the bridge on land idea.

We were in Itaska State Park today. The leaves are starting to change color. My wife was born in Two Harbors and lived there until she was 11. We were there for a family reunion the end of June. Her cousins are on the fire department and we’re probably in the parade that you were at. Beautiful country!! Be safe.
@topher77203 жыл бұрын
There's a lot of people out there that don't realize just how beautiful this country is because they don't leave the block. You two do an excellent job of taking care of that for a lot of people who cannot get out and enjoy the scenery. I personally never know where I'm going to go or wind up when I get on my two wheels and I enjoy every bit of it. Take care and happy trails!

It is funny to see your perspective of the north shore. I remember Duluth as calm and quiet. Now, I feel, it is a tourist trap. I still love going there every year and staying in Two Harbors and then going to Bayfield, Madeline Island and eventually Marquette Michigan. If you are by Duluth, stay at Finland State Forest. Yes, it is away the the shore, but a great spot and usually an opening. You missed Betty's pies and the Glensheen mansion. Actually, I have never been to either of these. I have driven by those at least a hundred times over the years and never stopped in. You always put down a ton of miles and so many cool locations.

Fun. I grew up in Superior, Wisconsin. We lived there again 1997-2004. We did a lot of camping and motorcycling in that region. I also Scuba dived Lake Superior below Split Rock Lighthouse. There is a wreck there. I also snowmobiled the Michigan UP. We are thinking about camping there next summer. Need to visit mother in Superior. Campgrounds do fill up in that area, but not so bad Sunday through Thursday.
