Motorized Trailer Dolly V2, E6, Tear Down, Inspection and final Adjustments

Going back and checking every part, painting exposed steel, indexing the set screws and making adjustments after re-assembly. Followed by testing.

How many teeth on the 2 main drive sprockets?

If your talking about the winch sprockets it’s 15 teeth.

i have my concerns with six wheels and a vertical load. 4 of the wheels will be sliding at a tight radius turn

Yes, they slide but I was using it in desert sand.

It’s easy to put a smaller sprocket on the wheels to speed it up. It does seem slow but at times too fast, but for my purposes it’s fine.
