Because of auto parking feature, buyers won't be able to tane kiki challenge with Altroz DCA 😄. But overall nice car with genuine automatic and off course honest review. 👍

We bought Tata Altroz XZ+ DCA (O) on 17th April from Arya Tata, Sector-14, Gurugram. Within two months, we have faced issue with the AC and the engine. The AC stops working on standby mode and sometimes, while the car is driven. Recent problem which is a grave issue is the car halts out of the blue and it does not start. The first time this happened, we had to wait for almost two hours on a main road for someone from Tata to come and resolve the issue. Nothing was resolved in our first free servicing which was discovered in the test drive. We brought the car again on 25th June which is yesterday so that the AC and the major problem of the engine/battery problem gets resolved. However, today evening after all the formalities, when we started the car to take it back home, it was worse. The car started for two seconds to come back to a halt. We tried thrice and then, we had to call the staff. Our experience with this Tata Car and After-sales Services have been so disappointing that we utterly regret buying an automobile of an Indian Brand. We had a Honda City ZX (Bronze Pearl colour) and we have had an amazing experience with the car for almost 14 years. With the Tata Altroz, we are having wastage of time, money, efforts and I don't know how much of the defects will be resolved and how much problem we have to face after the Warranty Period is over.

i20 DCT priced itself out of reach ( by hatchback standards ), Baleno and Glanza went down-market from CVT to AMT. So, Tata smartly moved in with its own version of DSG, with wet clutch and planetary gears, a first in India. They need to slap this on to Nexon and Altroz Turbo and diesels, too, to broaden the range.

However , now i20 has mare value than altroz coz now top varient of altroz is 11 lakh ex shoroome.. And performance?? Already altroz's N/A engine is underpowered , and now it's gear shifts are more slower... But i20 has much more performance than altroz. And altroz's only selling point is Indian tag, safety and looks's only.. It's engine is not refined and reliable. But I20 has class leading performance, decent looks, much more reliable, has more features and has more safety features also like 6 airbags... So now I20 makes more value....

One fact of altroz :Its halogen headlight's brightness and spread is far better than its rivals' led projector And led headlight in low beam, In high beam led projectors and led headlights are just garbage but in Altroz high beam you get good visibility and long throw.

My Personal Review after Driving about 3k+ kms now , Mileage around City Traffic approx 12kms but Highway Will even touch 20kms. Having said the comfort while driving is so satisfying that you will not even think of any mileage comparisons as there is no stress even if you drive longer distance. top speed on highway Can be around 130kms which i experienced.

its funny that used a clip from diff car video... Altroz don't have 60 - 40% split for rare seat for more boot space, we can only fold 100%.. ( Ref: Check out video at 8:26 timeline ) You guys are creating really good content, plz be watchful of these funny mistakes ... One more suggestion, you guys are using Eng & Hindi is 80:20 ratio. It would be good if you do it all in english and over all India can watch out instead of only hindi folks..

Except for the slightly increased NVH levels, the engines are as good as any other 1.2L engine.. On the other hand if you expect 1.5 L engine on a hatchback at the price that altroz is giving, you are out of your mind.... ALTROZ 3 cylinder is as much excellently refined as can be expected from a 3 cylinder engine... U want a bigger cc engine, go for a bigger segment car....
