Howdy Jay! The D-Sport rear tire is a beast! It has great traction off road. The RALLZ has a little bit more though. The front Desert H/T fatty is the best front tire I have used so far.

DOC!!! Nice aggressive tires brother, especially the front! They sound similar to my D606's. Great dirt tires but so noisy on pavement. Great review brother and thanks for doing the research for us!! :) I'll keep them in mind for my next change!

Hey Rick! The front is amazing! It stays really planted in all types of terrain. The D606s are great tires but as you said, they are also noisy. Glad you enjoyed the video and I really enjoyed doing that research due to it being riding on and off road LOL!! If you end up getting the MOTOZ tires for your next change, you will not be disappointed Brother! Cheers!

These are true off road tires William. They are not meant for high speed runs, but when doing off road you are more or less always around 30 to 40 if you are quick. At 70 they sing. :) Wonderful video. The rear has only 3 mm less than a new one. I am surprised. Thanks for sharing this. Keep it up bro.

Hi Gregor! Yes, they are oriented to off road performance for sure. Being that they are street legal dual sport tires, they will often be used on the road to get to a location to ride off road. I am also surprised at how well they have worn. Thanks for the kind words of support Brother! Cheers!

Good evening DOC650, a good review of the tires and nice side by side comparison. First set of tires I put on the XR650l was the Motoz HT Tractionators. Unbelievable hook up in the sand like you said, the bike would get on top the sand and off you went. Hard piss gravel they worked well too, but the noise with ear plugs became too much on the road. I would rank the other tires same as you with Dsports edging out the D606's but all worthy mentions. With the 1.85 rim on the Suzuki the wider tire really fills it out nice. Greetings VW! I figured you might have some experience with the Tractionators. Great point about how well the front tire fills out nicely! They are noisy for longer road stretches like you do. The D-Sports work really well also and have a big advantage in price over the others. Once I wear down the rear RALLZ, I will probably use the D-Sports and D606 rear tires. Not a huge fan of the fronts but we will make it work!

Great review and comparison Doc. You are up the SCAR on those tires. I love my Tusk Dsport tires, but Dunlop really should be suing for stealing the D606 design! - Frank

Thank you Frank! You are spot on about how similar the D-Sports are to the D606s. The D-Sports are great tires (as you know), but the MOTOZ tires are far and away the best of the best. I was dreading riding on the road with the Tractionators to go meet up with you guys, but they did quite well. Cheers!

Damn, dunno how I hadn’t seen this in my sub feed? I’m on my second set of motoz tractionator adventure on the front and a maxxis 6006 on the back. They’re good for dual sporting, better than the scorpion MT21 front and back I was on previous.
