You have me as a new subscriber! I am loving your English accent! I am watching you in Arizona in the USA! If you would like, I am doing an Atomic Habits by James Clear book club on Sundays at 1 pm AZ time which is 9 pm in the UK. Loving these videos Kirsty, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I’m just about to start, so it’s comforting to have someone just ahead of me of the journey! Just wondering if you’ve had any GI symptoms yet? That’s the part I’m most worried about! Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺

Hi Elise thank you for being here and for your super encouraging comment 🥰 I haven’t had anything I could absolutely count as a side effect - bowel movements are different in the sense there’s not many of them but I think that’s just because I’m not eating as much any more! I’ve had no cramps, nausea or vomiting. The number one thing I recommend the most is lots and lots of water with electrolytes - everyone I’ve spoken to says that really helps with any GI side effects. You could try a different injection site to see if that prolongs the effects for you, for example I find that injecting in my tummy makes it stronger at the beginning but it wears off quicker, injecting in my thigh seems to have a more prolonged effect for me. Could be worth experimenting with this

Definitely! I’m planning on being on this long term so it will definitely be worth testing it out! I did discuss injection sites in the how to use the kwikpen video but I’ve not personally got enough data as of yet! Thank you so so much for your comment, lovely to have you here x
