🇺🇿A tandoor is a traditional oven used for cooking or baking in Uzbekistan, as is common in Southern, Central and Western Asia. The tandoor was traditionally heated using charcoal or a wood fire, allowing the juices from the smoking meat to drip onto the charcoal and increase the flavor. Tog Marvaridi opened 10 years ago and serves as a warm home to come and enjoy lamb, escaping the winter cold.

Only Kazakhstan influenced hard with Soviets, now the percentage of people speaking kazakh is significantly low, most of people speak russian only. In Kygyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan people speak on both native and russian. And there are also Turkemns, with their crazy, rock star president who probably will create new language and force people to speak on it.))
