I'm also a beginner and I was wondering if your scarfs rows progressively get smaller or shorter. If they did or do how did you fix it?
@TheWovenSoul Жыл бұрын
@mylifeasgrace5597 if your rows are getting shorter, you may be missing the chain 3 at the end. Try using stitch markers to help keep track.

This is a lovely pattern. Thank you for the tutorial. As a beginner, it would have been so helpful to see the last post of the row, so I know I'm ending correctly. Someone posted the end stitches, but I'm not getting that. I'm getting 2 FP at the end of row 3. Can anyone who may have crocheted this, let me know the end stitches. Thanks!
@mmm_1927 Жыл бұрын
Hi! On row 2, should I end with 26 stitches total (inc chain 3 in the beginning) or 27? I don’t see the final stitch if it is supposed to be 27 so I have to try again
@sunflowersacademyschoolacc1648 Жыл бұрын
I had the same question. Since you skip the first chain when doing row one, it should be 26. But I’ve already crochet about 12 inches and I’m having my doubts because my ends aren’t even/looking good at all due to having one extra odd stitch at the end where I need to just end it with a regular double crochet. Something is wrong/unclear with this pattern or with the way I’ve understood it.

Hi I was just wondering when you begin row 2 you’re crocheting into the back of the starting chain? (I’m very new at crocheting 😅)
@leesg9747 Жыл бұрын
Hi, at the end of row 1st row 6(11.44min) you mentioned too chain one, but in the video you actually chained 3. Please confirm whether it should be one or 3. Thanks.

I love this pattern! I'm self taught an have been ignoring the Guage stuff ... though I thought I'd try to learn. In your gauge for this you say to use raised double crochet stitches. Is that the same as the front an back post dbl crochet?

Hello dear lady! I need your help on this; I want to make this scarf with two colors going vertically like candy cane. Do you think it is possible? If I do backposts in one color and switch color for frontposts can I get the look I want? Thank you for gorgeous patterns!

I did it! It ended up exactly like I wanted 😊 it was confusing to decide which colour I use to start with a new row but after 6 row pattern began to shape and made it obvious!

Can anyone explain to me how the multiplying works? What does it mean to multiple by 4 stitches plus 3 chains?
@RichTexturesCrochet2 жыл бұрын
For your foundation chain you will start by chaining and multiple of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16…) and then once your chain is the desired size, add 3 more chains to the end :)

The video shows Row 4 ends in one bpdc before the dc in the chain three and Row 6 ends in one fpdc before the dc in the chain three. This is not clear in the video and the written pattern does not include these steps at all. Please clarify. Thank you.
@RichTexturesCrochet2 жыл бұрын
As it states in the written instructions, row 4 you will repeat “fpdc in each of the next 2 sts, bpdc in each of the next 2 sts” all the way across which ends with the bpdc before the dc. And as in row six says you will end with the fpdc before the dc.
@dlk6g Жыл бұрын
Thank you, I had the same question. I think it threw me cause you are only doing one, but it makes sense. But, In row 3, you end with 2 fpdc, correct? I did 19 chains to adjust the width.
