It's pretty obvious that none of the people commenting on this have ever taken on a trail for themselves. Everyone makes simple mistakes and these guys are just recreational and having fun so stop trying to bring them down. Good video.

Yeah, I agree. Most of these mistakes were repeats to, such as sliding out in dirt or snow. I do it all the time. It's almost impossible to control a bike at high speeds on dirt. No one who has rode a trail would have any idea what it's like. I was just happy they got up and tried again.

Couple of worthy crashes. The one were he just suddenly steers into the tree is hilarious. That guy on the white canyon really needs to learn about grip. Ditch the trail centers guys there's much to learnt in the real world too.

Good bikes (bad skill) I saw this old guy at my local mountain Who had like some crappy road bike but was better than some guy who had a carbon downhill $6000 mountain bike when this old gaffer had like a $10 bike shredding the trails. This is what society has done with show offs.

***** Haha, but there's no where else to go except there. You bail out=you fall. Just ride faster and they're a TON easier. No matter how thin they get. (No smart comments about "what if it's only an inch wide?" You know what I mean. Haha)

Nickle Piefy I typically look 2-5 feet ahead and also occasionally glance up at the trail way ahead so I know what's coming. It all depends on what type of riding your doing. Like a steep downhill you just want your weight back and your front tire almost in the air. Downhill is pretty much all I do though. It' the best kind of mountain biking for sure.

***** I'm talking about doing manuals to get over rocks and stuff. I do some pretty steep downhills that have lots of rocks and other crap in the trails like roots and stuff that would throw me off my bike if I didn't lean back like I do. My front wheel isn't constantly in the air, just the times when I have to get over rocks and roots, which is often. I have good tires and good traction/steering control. I change technique depending on what kind of trail or riding I'm doing.

I had the funniest fail/crash. It was like my 2nd time out and i just entered the trail and there was this really sharp turn but i didn't turn and there was a tree that my front wheel hit and the momentum of my body sent me flying forward and my head rammed the tree. Its a good thing i was wearing a helmet!
