I think John would be so happy that he is still helping so many people.

Yes he is and was amazing!! One thing (not gonna blame him) but the dips he does with feet out front, they might not be great for the shoulder, rotator. It may have messed mine up so I would modify those. But his exercises and lessons were so helpful and I’m using a lot of his ideas today! His intra workout with cluster dextrin is also a game changer to prevent burn out mid session.

R.I.P. So so far ahead of the curve. Everyone's starting to catch up now, John. The world truly lost a good one in you. Thank you to your family behind the scenes for allowing us to still learn from you and continue your legacy 🙏🏽

I only started properly lifting 18 months ago at the age of 43 (I'd dipped in and out before then) and I have learned so much from both John and Jeff. I just find that the way John explains everything is so clear and easy to connect with, as well as being fabulous information. These two gentlemen are truly some of the nicest, most calming, most engaging fitness coaches and I am so happy that I can continue to benefit from John's experience. His legacy will keep on growing and growing and he will continue to improve people's lives for as long as his work stays online. Thank you sir, you helped change my life. RIP xxx

John will coach me forever. When I´m at the gym and doing a tough set, imagine John being next to me and going: "Come on, slower, more controlled...That´s IT! Niiiice!" It really helps :D God bless you all. /Greetings from Sweden - Norrland

I’m a natural lifter and I just get tired of all these social media bodybuilders making it seem like they don’t dope and inject testosterone to look like they do. They pretend their lifting is what makes them look they way they do when it’s all from doping. Most of society can’t lift weights 5-6 days a week in high reps or really heavy weights and keep getting big like they do. Your body would have no time to recover and heal. The doping is what lets them work out so frequently and still gain.
@gur26218 сағат бұрын
I think that's kind of a huge fallacy right there. 5 days you can. Like. Push. Pull. Legs. Nothing. Maybe just arms n shoulder. Nothing.
@Piccolo_Re17 сағат бұрын
@ if you look at your body needing to re-allocate your fuel to your muscles to heal and recover then if you’re working out doing other muscle groups your just putting that fuel to your other workouts and not letting it go to your worked muscles. Mike Mentzer said it’s like digging a hole when you lift. You need to refuel and refill the dirt back into the hole on your recovery days. If you keep digging into different muscle groups you’re just making more holes and not letting the others get filled in again. And to gain you actually have to overfill the holes and not just replace what was removed.

@100PredatorКүн бұрын
in what way?
@treelonmusk7906Күн бұрын
@@100Predator He's now so indecisive on how to train, and switching theories every 2 minutes. It's not like when he used to focus on progressively overloading and other basic but effective training techniques. He takes the scientific literature way to far out of it's studied zone to the point most doubt it is even effective.
@100PredatorКүн бұрын
@treelonmusk7906 yeah i see what you mean i think it has to do with how big his channel had got and his brand is scientific, you need to stretch for new content. Its just my guess. Still love The guy but i know what you mean
@kenskog658Күн бұрын
@treelonmusk7906 You wont find a single youtuber, that makes a living from it, that does not blow random shit out of proportion. I would even say Nippard are among those few that show some restraint. But truth is that there is only so much that can be said about any topic, and everything after that is milking. I mean, the big guys make tens of thousands of $ from posting a video - would you do it different in their position? Channels usually only last some years before getting out-trended, so its not an infinite cash cow.
