he's keeping the weight loaded on his triceps. Bottom inch is a lot chest n shoulders and the top is a lot lats. Middle 90% is the sweet spot, especially when using a smith machine, as going straight up and down keeps the load on the triceps.

I doubt that. There are definitely people in history with 21 inch arms natural while decently lean. I don't think some of you know what's possible at all. Most of the people online commenting have really horrible genetics and don't know anyone with even decent genetics. Most of the people they think they know that have decent genetics probably have slightly above average genetics. Trust me, there are some insane natural beasts that blow away 99% of heavy gear users. They're rare though, which is the main reason most people are clueless about whats possible. Everyone thinks the real impressive naturals are on gear anyway.
@billj4525
@billj4525 Күн бұрын
@@rhino2992 I don't think you have a clue what you're talking about if you don't think any natural has ever had 21 inch arms before. Some of you either think too much is possible or too little is possible. Too many of you getting bad information online. I don't know why I'm educating you internet geeks tonight. On another night I might just let it go. Every once in a while I put people in line in the comments.
@rhino2992
@rhino2992 Күн бұрын
@billj4525 Lol whoa we have a tough guy over here. 21 inch arms are absolutely possible natural, but you need to define what you mean by lean. What were looking at is sub 10 percent bodyfat. Well under 10. So that level of lean with sub 10 percent bodyfat. You do realise Arnold was around 21 inches right and he was a genetic god and was on gear. Plus the comment was actually more pointing out Ohearns drugs status. Hint hints, he's prob not natural.

Not the best technique on the cable tri ext by the chef. Zero full range of motion and his eccentric was too fast. That's the problem with guys trying to beat reps. It becomes sloppy just to do as many reps as you can to beat the other guy. Even the tri pushdowns were half reps, if even that far.
