John’s work ethic was insane. It’s crazy how much content he had filmed before his passing. It’s still so surreal that he’s no longer with us.

He had such a thoughtful & practical approach to training & growing. I’m so grateful that there are still videos coming out from his living days. He’s continuing to help me on my fitness journey. I used to concentrate too much on getting big weights as many times as I could for chest if you get me....but since lessening the weight slightly, slowing it down and really concentrating on squeezing the chest in the top part of the press I've gotten amazing gains, learnt all this from John. I didn't realise how bad my form was (although I was shifting good weight) until watching alot of John's videos, he explained everything so well. Love his videos...RIP buddy.

Such a smart individual. Every exercise has a technique used. Constant tension for the first few then he switches to a more contraction focused technique. That alone changes everything up along with the working up with warm ups to 2 solid ass working sets... perfect storm for muscle building..or breakdown and your building is your rest and consistent eating of meals..however you want to look at it... Rest in peace JM!
