I use to travel and install computer systems across the country when I was in a town I would ask around and find a gym to work out at. One of my goals was to go back to all the small gyms I work out at and write a book with pictures, locations and a few words about the gyms and owners. Still working, don't travel as much and a lot of those small gyms have closed. Your series has inspired me, now I plan to visit and work out at the gyms you have showcased on your channel. Thanks, John.

A feeling of community is what makes a gym. It has to have the tools, but they can be found all over. It's that feeling that people are there to work and that they like to see others doing the same. I wish it was more easy to find a place like that, but if it was, they wouldn't be so special. Looks like a great place. Thanks for the tour.

Pullover machines are one of the rare machines that I think is superior to the barbell or dumbbell version. You get constant tension all the way through, and it is easier to shift emphasis from lats to chest/shoulders.
