Mounting a sprayer on the ATV

Your going to like that sprayer Jake. Mounted one on my Big Bear 3 years ago and love it. Mines a 26 gal from Northern tool. For going around the edge of fields I mounted a flood jet on the end of the booms, a little easier when your by yourself. Alot of my fields are under 10 acres and it is real handy for spraying those. I did change the tips to tee-jet as like you said the factory ones leave alot to be desired. I also added an agitator. This winter I plan on putting a 2 inch lift kit on the wheeler and add a 15 gal tank on the front rack. Your going to find alot of uses for it , you'll wonder how you got along without it. Yes I do love it just got done using it! Works great and I'm wondering how we got along with out it lol. Sounds like u have a nice set up. I'm thinkin extra water on the atv would be nice

We have one very similar but with out the little sprayers on the back. We put it in the back of our gator and use it to spray pastures.

It's on backwards. The pump should be behind your back so you can control the flow and pressure without getting off the ATV. Good video though.

just be sure you put your battery on some sort of trickle charger

Jake Ziegler the only draw back to the sprayer, the amount of roundup or what it is you will be using for it is the constant refilling of the spray that would be a problem but it will work. You know having tote on the back of a truck with a agitator on the tote to keep stir the poison to be used to fill up sprayer as needed around the water ways with out going back to the farm to refill would be a plus just a tough.

Ya I found that out. I might want to mount another tank on the front rack. We just mixed the chemical in the sprayer take each load cuz it has an agitator
