Well, honestly I have a shitty chainsaw I got from a dude who was getting rid of it, and I have a bike I use to go too and from work, so I may honestly try my hand at doing this. It'd make my commute faster and honestly more fun.

Hey I have a problem so I welded the sprocket on the outside of the clutch and I’m using the stick 7 speed on my rear wheel so when I hooked it all up I couldn’t pull start it unless I lifted the back wheel up because it was to hard because of the chain so I had to lift the back wheel up but when I did that the chain fell off cause it was loose, do you think that’s cause I need a chain tensioner?
@JGD163 жыл бұрын
The inner mechanism connects directly to the engine crank and the outer piece spins freely. the free spinning one is where the sprocket should be connected. As far as a chain tensioner if you have a very short amount of chain you can get away with no tensioner but if it’s a long length of chain you definitely want a tensioner

How are the pedals independent from the chainsaw? I can’t find a way to not have the chainsaw spin the pedals.
