Ingredients:
for 6-7 servings
2 medium-sized eggplants
2 large potatoes (about 400-500 g)

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion (I put 3 small ones)
1 carrot
2 cloves garlic
400 g ground beef
500-600 g tomatoes (ready-made tomato sauce or canned food can be used)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
For the Béchamel sauce
100 g of butter
100 g of flour
800 ml of milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper (or black)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
50 g yellow cheese (optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes, until a nice golden crust.
