They did explain why he’s pixelated. It’s in their backstory. Ajaw is a projection made of phlogiston of the true dragon that’s locked inside of Kinich’s omnitrix. He’s pixelated because it’s a projection that only releases a limited version of his power, which is why when he Kinich releases Ajaw’s power on a “limited, contractual” basis with his burst, he looks 3D instead of 2d. The implication is that if he was fully released he would have a real model instead of being pixelated

Dendro is associated with computers/Tech-- Just look at Nahida's abilities. Considering Irminsul is one huge computer storing data basically I don't think Ajaw being a pixelated dragon is the biggest stretch

I think thats what Hoyo intended, so there's a 90% chance that none of the Natlan characters will have any decent support in their kit except elemental application. Like Xilonen. She's only broken because of the set. Her kit alone is just budget Zhongli.

I personally enjoy the spin to win strategy with him, but I have to admit that adjaw support is funny to watch. I find the idea of a dps oriented version of the buffer set quiet interesting. Something to do could also be the infinite spin with sac sword, not efficient but it looks so funny, there would be the need for long time buf though

i find it funny that kachina, xilonen and chasca, who are the first few natlan characters, cant buff kinich even if they wanted to lol. you should try scroll set on mualani to buff kinich next

I had been cooking with this setup since I saw the artifact set! One thing I would recommend you try with this Kinich setup though is Tighnari! I know you had your grievances over using Al Haitham because the field time isn't exactly the most desired. But with Tighnari and especially if you have a DPS oriented build for scrolls, they both can take field time because of Tighnari's quick swap nature, also scrolls is a pretty crazy self buffing set. This also at the same time buff's Yae Miko's damage because she is getting the benefit of the scrolls set.

I like using him as a burning driver for off field cryos since it just feels right to do so. I'm really surprised others haven't utilized it.

Yeah kinich is on of the funnest characters in genshin. Male characters always get the funnest kits like kinich, childe, alhaitham, cyno, tighnari, itto, xiao, sethos

I was mostly interested in a SubDPS rol due to the 12 sec burst, but at least the idea behind the buffing set is not that gimmicky. Buffing the Dendro partners its worth it, specially Emilie, which is a high DMG unit (as opposed to reaction based). We'll see if we get a Natlan dendro support.

9:30 you're getting two cores when ajaw applies dendro because electro charged enemies get dendro applied twice: - Ajaw dendro is eaten by the hrydro - left over dendro aura triggers quicken on remaining electro - quicken applies another instance of dendro aura that a well timed yelan arrow creates a second bloom core from

We have 4 star natlan geo Character hence we can use new support set for 4 elements . But we need dendro and anemo 4 star natlan Character so we can get dendro and anemo dmg bonus without needing a 5 star

Actually, it will be better if it's cryo/pyro/hydro/electro since they can react with all other elements unlike anemo/geo/dendro. Since the new artifact buff both elements in a reaction it doesn't matter who is enabling just that it is being enabled. Personally a 4 star pyro team wide healer like Charlotte with a similar level of application will be my wish.

This is 100% how I play my accidental Ayato lol. Burst support normally with Noblesse for my Wanderer, now trying to farm a better Deepwood set for him to use with Kinich in burgeon. Is it the most META, no, but it keeps him off the bench and a 3* clear is a 3* clear. Also very excited for the future utility of the Scroll set with a pyro user, perhaps a full claymore burn melt team will be viable in the future 😈

I feel as if the support set feels like an equivalent artifact set to obsidian if you can get the equivalent stats you would have on the obsidian set because of the energy it provides and the dmg bonus being a constant when you're on field. Like on field Kinich with the same stats on both sets would do higher damage than he would on the other set, it's just he misses the CRate, and the same could be said abt Mualani. This video is really cool for making me notice the artifact set a bit more
