Finding motivation from my worst 5K Park Run at the start of November 2019, I embark on a mission to lose weight and improve my fitness to the point I can break the 30 minute mark on a 5K run within 30 days. I needed a montage (remember, if you need to go from a beginner to a pro you need a montage).
