Hey, how do you deal with lactic acid and improving your lactate threshold? By the way, your workout videos are refreshing and fun, and shows how working out can be sustainable for a lifetime. Thanks

Thank you! When it comes to lactic acid, I'm not really concerned because it improves patiently during time.

They don't help much with grip but they protect the skin in palms (my skin started tearing up after a while)
