I did it! It took a month and a half of doing it (almost) every day, but today I did the entire video without dropping my legs or skipping any reps! Just like Nicole! And twenty minutes from midnight on new year's eve no less. Thanks Nicole!

@@celinealbunni4430 Yes! I'm down almost fifteen pounds from when I started doing this video, although that's also from gym sessions and tracking calories. But I'm starting to see my abs, and that's all Nicole!

Yes! I did it every day and I let myself cheat a little until I could gradually do it. Like putting my feet down during the transitions, even pausing it for a break if you have to. Then as you get better you can work on copying her exactly until one day you nail it! You got this!

I wasn't gonna workout today but I saw that it was only 8 minutes long so I decided to do it, and I feel like you tricked me into doing more work than I thought I was gonna do hahah thank you 🙏

You're so right!!! Whenever we do a workout we just want some proper stretch to enjoy after a hard time. Only Nicole does that in every video so that we could share the same joy :))

As an older man trying to get back into great shape (almost there) a lady friend suggested Pilates. I giggled and said "Guys don't do Pilates. That's for girls ." So I watch some videos and quickly come to Nicole's. I start by reading the comments, of which one of the first is this one about decor. I decided to try it out anyway. OMG! I'm going to be in pain tomorrow. I'm hooked. And you're right. The colors are delightful!

Not that I’m doing this for this, but I have defined abs (almost a 6 pack) for the first time in my life. Been doing Nicole’s routines 5 days per week for 6 months! Thank you Nicole! I’ve never felt better.

I was getting bored of normal ab workouts, and just not really getting the results I was looking for. So I decided to try out Pilates, and let me say, I love it already. It is so much more calming yet I still feel that burn. She does all the exercises so gracefully, it's genuinely beautiful!

Hello, I’m so sorry I never got this notification. Honestly, I would do it four times a week for as long as I can and I usually hibernate for the winter and it definitely tones my abs. If you do it consistently within two weeks you’ll notice the difference as you can tell, I still use her videos!❤

My abs were literally on fire half way through video...last move almost did me in, but I pushed through. I Combined this with one of your oldie but goodie 15 minute 🍑 video. Thank you Nicole for that soft encouraging voice of yours through a hell-fire 9 minute ab routine 😄

My word this is a hard workout! I love how your short workouts are still intense and worth it! I used this one to tack onto another 2 short workouts that I had done. Your are my favorite go to for exercise now. Your cueing is perfect and it's the first time in a long time that I've felt my abs work hard since I stopped doing aerial dance. Thank you!

I love how your instructions are so clear- the most important thing about Pilates. It’s so easy to disregard some important points when you are focusing on the move; your instructions keep me in line and focused. Fantastic workouts!

I have really been enjoying your short 10-20 minute videos in the morning before I go to work. Have you ever done a quick lower back strengthening video? I would be really interested in a more isolate back workout as I am young and already have back issues. Keep up the great videos!!!

I combined this one with a barre workout and it was wonderful! I currently have 3 pins in my left wrist but after three weeks of not doing anything, I needed to do your classes to feel good again 💕💕. My body missed it. I was very careful and of course couldn’t do anything pertaining to being on my hands and elbows but who cares!! Lol! See you tomorrow! ❤️🙏🏽🙋🏽‍♀️

I've done this class a couple of times and you can definitely feel the lower abs fire up. It's a super class to do when you're short on time but you want to fit in a quick and blast. 😊

This was humbling haha :D I've been doing a Pamela Reif ab workout for 5 weeks now and I've improved so much (from laughing troughout the whole workout because it was so ridiculously hard to being able to do the whole workout without interruptions and kind of enjoying it), but this one here makes me feel like I'm starting all over again.

This is much harder than it looks but I’ve noticed results already and I’ve only done it a few times. A lot of workouts don’t target this area. Great workout I’ll be doing more of This till I can do it all the way without stopping

Hey! I have been working with you for a year and a half now. First time, about 8 months ago, when I tried this workout it seemed soo hard and I did just a half of it. I did it today and it seemed much more easy! Thank you Nicole for becoming stronger both physically and mentally!

Thank you, thank you, THANK you! I am 7 weeks post-hip replacement, and I find that short workouts work best for my ongoing rehab. I used many of your videos to stay strong and positive before surgery; I am sure that they contributed to my ability to get moving afterward. Hip #2 will be replaced next month, and I will again use your wonderfully creative and fluid sessions after that one.

Your session are addictive!!! Thank you Nicole! I just love how meditative your voice is. It could be a cardio getting you in a pool of sweat but your voice is so soothing that there is no stress whatsoever! I typically end your sessions with like 5 minutes of mindfulness thanks to your calming cool down.

I recently herniated some discs and your workouts have helped me so much to build strength and limber my spine back up. I love that all your workouts leave me feeling like I really worked out but don’t make my bones hurt the next day.

Tracking my one month progress :Day1: SOO hard, I feel the burn in my ab , had to take a one or two pauses in between workouts , got too tired and decided to just give up on the last workout position. But I do feel like this is a promising workout and I will def see ab after one month if I do this continuously everyday. Day2: made it through a bit of the last exercise

The rocking one had me shook!!!! I cant do it with my arms intertwined and i am not sure if i'm just not flexible or if my chest is just too large lol this class is a quick burn and I LOVE IT

Thanks so much for a lower abs workout! After I started doing your workouts consistently and am beginning to get more defined abs, I was observing that my lower abs weren't as prominent or strong so this is great! I was wondering if you could make a slightly less intense version? Thanks again! I love your videos ❤

This is great, nice to see a workout for the lower Abs, as a lot for Abs workouts focus on the upper.

Lots of thanks Nicole ! You really help me with trying to find my form , after my mastectomy 3 years ago. I am 56 years old and need this kind of exercise to keep myself strong and healthy.😊 I'm also interested in special exercise, to prevent osteoporosis, if there is such a kind. Let me know! your workout videos are my favourite, others hurt my neck or some other parts of my body most of the time but your moves are slow but really tense, i really wait for another longer lower abs video and many others as well 🤍

This was challenging but very effective! I'm a yoga instructor who is 5'4 (about 114 lbs), and I've been trying to tone my core for a while since I need more strength, but as you know, it's been quite the challenge. However, your exercises make me feel empowered to keep pushing. Thank you for giving me the insight to see the strength that I didn't know I had. I've been doing this workout for the past few days and I can feel the tightness and definition!!

As much as I love the longer workouts, some days those just don't fit into my schedule as well as these 10-15 minute ones do! I love how even though they're short, they still make my muscles burn and you still devote time to stretching :)
