Only pilates with Nicole is effective, for me. You target places on the body, and there are results. Now I see, that is not necessary to workout for hours, and jump, and sweat to much. Pilates is smart and chill workout, and with Nicole is the best😊💪 If you can, show more arms workout (quick one😉🙏) Send you lot's of love ❤️🤗

fantastic, I did it twice But sorry, I could not do the criss-cross and roll up at the same time. my tummy would probably explode if I did that, I modified with just criss-cross and no roll up. One day I'll be strong enough.

I was wondering if you would have any advice on how to improve ab strength? Ab work is the toughest for me, I couldn't sit up at all to do the bicycle exercises. Hopefully over time it'll increase :) thanks so much for videos
