Exactly! I used to injure myself pretty frequently with other video creators, as there often are no warm ups and the delivery isn't as professional. But Nicole I can trust fully ❤ and learn to trust my body and its signs also.

Excellent 30 minute workout. It was perfect and very professionally done. I also like the tone of Nicole's soft voice, and the faint sound of background music. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to doing more of Nicole's workouts.

Ok, I've been avoiding the barre workouts on purpose for the past 3 months. After getting better with your pilates classes, today I finally decided to give it a try and I'm not sure if I loved or hated it lol...I feel a little clumsy but I'll add it to my weekly routine. Omg Nicole this is really my favorite love this combo please need more of mix combo Pilates....it was a little bet challenging but it’s fun to try new things...I sweat a lot and I felt my stretch more in my hamstring since I have hamstring stiffness for so long as I am a runner....thank you so much for such amazing session...so much love 💕

Warning to anyone who thinks this looks easy… I challenge you to finish the video before judging. You will sweat and your muscles will shake! The first few minutes may seem easy, but Nicole’s workouts are incredibly challenging in a way that is unexpected! I’m intermediate level in fitness and my muscles were on fire in a great way.
