My proposal to you as a US resident shopping for a MY property investment, it would be great if you would clearly indicate where the property is located ... please include state name + city name + neighborhood name for each video. I'm only looking in specific areas, and the learning curve of determining specific neighborhood or city locations is cumbersome. Maybe also just say in the first 60 seconds of your videos where the specific property is located? Thanks Sean. Your vids are really great and I appreciate your design notices particularly. Hi Sean, I am from New Zealand and I enjoyed watching your property videos for a long time. I decided to invest in KL and keen to hear your view of The Ashwood in Ampang. it will be 4 years from now to finish, my plan is to purchase it from plan and in 2029 to rent it out as an investment, and a few years later we may come to live in KL 6 months every year..is this a good project for that purpose? From their respective countries. Financial systems are pretty similar across the world actually. The only difference will be the loan margin given. Expect Singaporeans, the rest of the world will usually get lower margin of financing.
