I feel you statement at the beginning. I used to depend heavily on being surrounded around people to feel like I mattered or that brought meaning to my life - but after getting used and abused too many times by others I learned how to enjoy my own company in my own space. Doing things alone brings me a lot of peace and relaxation now. It's not something to frown upon or feel sad about. More people are alone (and enjoy it) more than you think. :) Social media just has everyone believe everyone is surrounded by millions of friends and out doing stuff 24/7 and that's not the case most of the time. Alone time = self care

She was one of the many dolls and things they had there and it was a running joke thing until I assume Garrett and Shane went separate ways. No one really knows what happened but when Shane got cancelled Garrett stopped being in videos with him and stuff.

I always preferred being alone but hated who I was and got lost in bad thoughts/bad mind set. One day last week I was home, alone. I literally had an entire day of just doing what I wanted, enjoying my own company and I was HAPPY doing it. I understand the thought process on your progress and it's a great feeling.💜

Hey Morgan! I am ADHD as well as my husband and son 💀 Caffeine actually does stimulate people with adhd like it does with people without it. For some people, it helps them focus. And for others, it does nothing. We give my 8 year old coffee before school because that’s what his dr recommended over medication for now

I thrive alone! I’m still happily married but I had to find my own way to be happy. My husband and I both have our own rooms, and usually sleep in mine. But having our own spaces has been vital for our individual happiness and our happiness as a couple. I love being alone while having him close. Its where I’m at my most peaceful.

I always had acne around my cheeks and since cutting out dairy my face has cleared up and I never get pimples unless it’s a tiny little one by my chin before my period 🙌🏼 I highly recommend if you can cut out dairy ✨

“I’m from a suburb in CO…let me have Sprint” 😂 For me caffeine was for flavor only. Once I cut back I began being more selective with what actually gave me a kick and now coffee is a treat not a routine (I try to apply the same thought to unhealthy food as well, but nobody’s perfect). Also, I’m 45 and over the years I learned that stability comes more from a healthy routine and working on self-love than location and new beginnings. And remember, you were thrust into a situation that isn’t exactly typical (making a lot of money and being in the public eye relatively quickly). Self-actualization is a process that will take time. keep in mind that you’re doing a great job.
