Hi Lindsay your video really spoke to me. I did the same thing years ago and I remember the fear and the excitement of leaving behind everything that I had built and that was familiar to me to return home to live with my parents. I remember handing over the keys of my apartment and suddenly feeling a sense of vulnerability as I didn’t know when I would be able to cook my own meal again or do all the things I used to do that I gave for granted. Very powerful and very humbling. All the best in your journey, and a warm welcome to a fresh new start! ❤️

I have a fantasy about moving back to my hometown. I’ve lived away from it for 30 years. It’s a small town and I’m probably too citified now. I live in nyc. But the city gets exhausting. Unfortunately my eyesight is bad and I can’t become car dependent. Plus all the people I loved are dead or moved from the town. Yet I keep wanting to move “home.”
