I also need to watch a few of your videos a few times. It all makes so much sense. I wish I could remember it all!! I feel I've wasted so many years. I've gone from years in bed to just wanting this and then that. I've been stuck on the trying to stay up physically all day. I have the information now to continue. It's bloody hard but I know I'll make more improvements. Thanks for these videos and the hope they bring.

Wow ! From someone who's had A LOT of injuries, & took care of them , - as well as with my equines, I always addressed ' inflamation'... with @ least 95% full recovery. ... so I thought;... until now . Now, @ 62 yrs, I'm finding ' minor'( work/ concrete) stress is REALLY crippling me ! So I can see where NOT addressing the fascia, has come back to haunt me now. & now addressing " fascia " - through YOUR channel, & doing lymphatic drainage, has done miraculous shifting in my body & my " new found pain journey " of plantar fascitis. This post Really brings in more awareness of the whole health, healing connection. Thank you !

This is fascinating and makes so much sense. I wish I had known about blocking 7 years ago when I had foot surgery to correct a torn ankle ligament! They also performed an osteotomy at the same time, on the same foot. They had me use an ice machine. A lot! They also didn't know how to cast me, and the results were devastating. I could not weight bear for almost a year. I went to 7 months of PT and almost a year to a Brain & Body facility to retrain my brain. It's still not right, and my opposite side went through its own trauma from using crutches, scooter, and a cane. I found Block Therapy in January of this year and am on my way to healing my body correctly. I have already gone through the starter program 3 times and will continue to do so. I also block daily between my toes and fingers and do most of the Feet protocol I watched for free! 🤗 I realize it will take a good amount of time before my body experiences the benefits, as I have many other traumas in my body, surviving and living through 67 years. Thank you both so much for your invaluable and generous information and expertise! I am a believer and am in in for life! ❤

So I have a lot of abdominal scar tissue from multiple surgeries. When I lie on my folded towel block, it is Very Painful. I do my diaphragm breathing and tough it out. I eventually start feeling a heart beat in my stomach. My question is, will the pain get better? Is that how I will know the scar tissue is responding to the treatment? Thank you for your answer.
@Fluidisometrics10 ай бұрын
Yes, it does get less painful as more adhesions melt and unwind. The pulse is the aorta and when we have a lot of compression in the abdomen it an feel stronger because it needs more space. Releasing the adhesions improves digestion too.

Would thus type of fascia release work on someone who has scleroderma hardening of the soft tissue and muscles caused by the the over production of collagen that the body tries to suppress.
@Fluidisometrics9 ай бұрын
Hi there! With Block Therapy we are melting through restrictions in our tissue regardless of how those restrictions came to be (scar tissue from injury or surgery, or compression, or other reasons). Incorporating our breath allows oxygenated blood flow to move to areas of the body that have been previously blocked. This allows healing to occur. This will help. If you would like to begin, the starter program is where you need to start. Here is a link: blocktherapy.com/starer-package-store/ If you would like to try it our first to see if it is right for you, we have a sampler program for only $9. Here is a link to that: blocktherapy.com/sampler-program/ You can also check us out on facebook: facebook.com/groups/1888044614779525/

Have you worked with any Complex Regional Pain Syndrome patients?
@teresa663510 ай бұрын
I don't understand what you mean when you say we need to support the inflammation. I thought we are trying to move out the inflammation.
@Fluidisometrics10 ай бұрын
We are absolutely trying to move out the inflammation. What we mean when we say "support" is to help guide and release the inflammation from our bodies. Inflammation is our bodies way of saying something is wrong. For example, if we use ice when treating an injury, this is actually slowing down the healing process. Whereas, if we are blocking and creating movement for the inflammation to heal our bodies we are supporting what it is there to do. I hope this helps!

I am technologically challenged. I can’t deal with ebooks-I need paper. If I buy your videos are you sending dvd’s? Not helpful for me. I do well with youtube. Tried to reach you on instagram and searched with No result. Where are you actually located? Could you train others who could work with people in the greater Chicagoland area?

I don't know if you have reached Deanna yet. They are in Manitoba in Canada. If you google Block Therapy you can go to their website and there is a phone number. I too am a little technology challenged but find navigating their programs very easy. Their trial program is $9 canadian, which is $6-$7 US. Hope that helps.

The bodys internal temperature is 98.6. How can a fat like butter stay in solid form if it's that warm?
@Fluidisometrics7 ай бұрын
Butter is only used as an analogy so that people can understand the concept.

please give a short description of your solution. So much noise, it is hard to see what you are getting at.
@Fluidisometrics Жыл бұрын
Hi, sure, I would be happy to do so. We release and melt scar tissue with a combination of isometric pressure over time and activating the diaphragmatic breath. Block Therapy harnesses these two techniques to make fascia decompression easy and accessible. Here is a link to a free e-book if you would like to learn more and try it yourself! blocktherapy.com/5-steps-to-control-your-pain/
