Thanks for this video, the most complete I have seen about Plovdiv. I've read a comment about problems in Plovdiv like rubbish or pollution, abandoned buildings and dogs. What are your thoughts about that ? How people of Plovdiv generally react about expats ? Are there tensions or are they appreciated ? Thanks !
