It definitely gets busier at certain times of the day. Which area was your inspection in? I like Palm Coast too - I was there earlier today. Both areas have their pros and cons, just like anywhere else I guess.

@@kimdevlinteam Hi Kim, up towards Vilano Beach. Great video and info by the way. I guess everyone is out shopping and going to Doctor appointments lol. Definitely not going to the beach this week! I live out in gods country surrounded by farms with zero traffic. Stay well and busy! 😄

Yep! The Palm Coast offers a lot more for the $$. I especially enjoy the Hammock area just south of Marineland.

Hi Kim. We were interested in moving to St Augustine in the area of World Golf Village and actually had a deposit on a new home but we found out that getting a doctor there was impossible. I had many several calls to get a future appointment set up , and I was told they weren’t taking in new patients. We are young seniors and having good medical care at this point in our lives is very important. We currently live in PA but we loved St Augustine. We’re not sure if we will consider living in Florida if getting medical care is so difficult. Can you offer any suggestions or provide your own experience on this subject ? Thank you.

Just visited there last week - house hunting new and old construction. But am very concerned about the hurricanes winds, flooding, gaters.

Your Realtor can certainly help ease your concerns on all of these issues.

Do your own research. Don’t rely on realtors because ours lied to us and said St August doesn’t flood or get hurricanes. It does!!! St Augustine area is on a flood zone and the city is slowly sinking. As a matter of fact so is St Johns County. It’s up to you if you want to take the chance to live there in a state prone to hurricanes and flood zone prone area like St Augustine.

I love St. Augustine, been there many times! I would love to live in historic old town, but my plan is to purchase a lot and bring a tiny home on to it, Is this allowed?
