Oh my gosh! I am so glad I found this… It was just what I needed to bring deep calm and relaxation to body, mind and spirit. I am truly passionate about finding out more about Feldenkrais for the nervous system. In the past I have always focused on practice for knees, shoulders, pelvis et cetera. The nervous system seems to be the key. I want to learn more and do more. 💫🧚🏼♀️✨🐾

Hi David, i spent 25 minutess on my back i was not helped restoring my CNS as far as i am aware. Now later or tomorrow as time might be available, my left shoulder upper back under my arms has been feeling tense for quite awhile years now, with a start of a shingles outbreak, would you suggest your side movements or this one since it helped one shoulder . please respond soon , if you can.

I don’t feel lighter but it’s my first time.

Hi! I replied to a comment you made to another lesson, so please refer to that as well. It does take time to learn to sense and feel ourselves. It is not often taught to us, but is something we knew as babies and young children. Keep exploring, and I think you will find the lightness comes in time. Keep us posted!
