Hi David, and thank you as always for being such a great source of informed and useful information over the years. I'm noticing that the sounds seem to be in the same order as those in my Yamaha Rack-XS. I know the XF has more, but it's interesting that the few banks I've seen in this video are identical (voice-location wise.)

Did you have to make adjustments on the full grand concert piano sound? My MOXF8 is sounding more electronic than acoustc.

In the last part , when you were playing, did it add your music to the track 4 which was empty? I wished you showed what will happen after you finished your playing.

Hi. When is this video coming out. I do not see it on ur website for digital download. However, it is on motifator site as a DVD. Also, I have the instructional video for the MOX. Do I really need this video. Can I use the MOX instructional video to get me through the MOXF. Please let me know as I am interested in this video for the MOXF if there are any differences between this and the MOX video

Could they make it more complicated? User interface is unintuitive and cryptic. The manual dont explaine many important features and essential functions. "INSPIRATION IN A FLASH " ? A joke..The menus are hard to navigate and require too many steps are required to do anything advanced.(It´s the opinion of many users.. inckuding mine) Added to the fact that Yamaha support is only available during what, for most of us, are week day working hours, they were as useless as the manual. If you have all the free time in the world to figure out the interface, or... if you're a performer and NOT a songwriter/composer, you'll probably love the sounds. As for the rest? Sorry to say it's garbage. A monumental garbage..? Yamaha Doesn´t realize we´re in the 21st century AND not all musicians thimk like engineers!

I totally disagree with your comment. I don't find the MOXF8 to be complicated whatsoever. The menus and button selections are straight forward and logically structured. It's like any other technology, once you get used to using the "tools" or the menus, then it becomes fairly easy to use and create with this keyboard. This MOXF8 is also a workstation where one can expand it's multi-track recording capabilities using Steinberg's Cubase DAW software new.steinberg.net/cubase/ I offer this advise out of respect and to be helpful...if you're having the need to contact Yamaha as how to use the MOXF8, then this keyboard may be beyond your user level. Try starting off using a simpler keyboard and then move up as you increasingly learn more involved keyboard technology.

If Stevie Wonder can not use it they should not make it that way.
