MP He Ting Ru - Parliamentary Speech on Anti-Money Laundering Bill 6th Aug 2024

In her speech on the Anti-Money Laundering and Other Matters Bill, MP He Ting Ru called for there to be a principle of ‘Duty of Financial Transparency’ to apply to our AML approach, while highlighting concerns on verticals not currently covered, namely Single Family Offices, cryptocurrency and art.
She also proposed for there to be omnibus AML legislation with a new standard of care to require reasonable efforts to ensure transparency, and also for the establishment of a whistleblowers’ fund seeded by ill-gotten gains that have been seized by authorities, to foster a culture of integrity and vigilance within our financial sector.

Parliamentary secretary one month 33k, do what? MRT you have to stand, traffic jam you have to sit. Haven't even count Minister of State salary and Minister salary.
