I tried to watch one of Mr Beast's vids once and couldn't get through it. I don't know how the algorithm gave me one of your vids one day, but I was instantly captivated by what you had to say and how you went about saying it. It was a language video, and I write fiction so I'm interested in words and how they're used. But since then, I've enjoyed videos by you on other topics. And you know, it's funny, I only looked at your subscriber numbers the other day and I did a double take. Your content is so interesting to me and so good, I just assumed you had a large number of subs. Well, we shouldn't put a number on everything. I enjoy your content, that's all that matters. But you keep it up, and that number is definitely going to rise. Looking forward to more.

I keep hearing mr. Beast’s name in videos, however I have never seen one of his videos. Not that I have ever gone looking for any. My tastes are eclectic, and various. The common element is probably originality and authenticity. Never really thought about it before. lol

I have noticed that many channels and youtubers just copy each other. One does something so they all have to. And they almost all use the same talking points, but I find I prefer the ones that are just a singular person that might post only once a week, or once a month, or once in several months and these are the ones I prefer. An example, there is one KZbinr I like that has really beautiful hair (though that is unrelated to the content) who is really into linguistics and post content on a wide variety of subjects. She seems to be passionate about what she covers and she gives logical and rational thoughts on what she is talking about. Her thoughts, not the regurgitation of some other big personalities thoughts. So, while that may limit the growth and popularity of what she does, I believe it makes her content all the more precious and meaningful to those who take time to watch her. Anyways, hope the fact you posted a video means you are feeling better! And hoping that you are returned to tip top shape in no time!

The thing that amazes me about Mr. Beast is that he has zero charisma. Personal taste is a huge factor, but I can't wrap my head around anyone enjoying him. He smiles like a three year old trying to figure out how smiles work, and every time he speaks it sounds like someone with frontal lobe damage trying to read cue cards without his prescription lenses. He's an absolute tabula rasa.

He might be the biggest KZbinr, but not everyone follows him either. Those of us who are looking for personality, who are looking for that authenticity, we see right through him and ignore him. So good to see Rachel's, Karolina's, and Anachronism's channels highlighted though!! Whoo!!
