There is a limited supply of hidden dialogue but it’s already been 4 years of none stop dialogue so I would give it another year and half.

Can someone help? Arthur no longer comments events in the camp. I’m just coming up to someone, who just had a conversation and Arthur says classic “hello” lines. This is my fourth playtrough, and this started since I completed second playtrough
