With the D R C joining the E A U, and English becoming language of diplomacy within the E A U, you really should have English captions. I hope Tanzanians won't be offended by my saying so, but look at the EU. Each country has their own language, but, they also speak English because it's the language of international commerce. In saying that, I will saying that Tanzania is doing a good job of building its infrastructure, and I look forward to seeing the trains starting to operate, and the stations full of people.
