+Hadley “Copydoc” Hudson Crap, now its showing "undetectable" again. I'll restart with the door open it shows the K so it recognizes it. Then when I close the door, the K goes away and it says "undetectable" again. Any suggestions?

All four toners say same thing, one bar after replacing all 4, and needing shaking to continue printing now. I can't believe the pump went on all four? Or is there some other diagnosis likely? Ricoh MPC4501

Great, thank you for the video. Only question which remains. where to get a pump in the netherlands for mpc4500 in 2017. (Cyanid) for a small voluntary organization with low budget. I ordered an engineer ( driving to us cost 65 euro). The only thing he did was telling the machine was economically broken and... we could buy a new machine at his company.... Maybe he is right but I already figured out there must be a way to repair it. (I am system engineer ICT myself). By the way: I receive message: no toner, replace toner cartridge. Which doesnt stop by replacing with a new cartridge. I hear and see (on display) toner is being loaded but still: no toner.

Thanks for this video! I have a Savin C4540 and the printed pages come out very lightly. I've replaced the toner bottle and still very light prints. Any suggestions on what could be the problem? There are no error messages popping up.

I'm servicing a Lanier 420C with a replace toner issue. After 2 chips and buying a new black toner still says replace toner. How do you know whether it is the sensor or the pump? When I put the toner in at runs a long time and makes circling noises and eventually comes back with replace toner.

My Ricoh 2500 keeps saying that i need to change black toner, which it's full, tried another new black toner keeps saying that i must change... Everytime i turn on the machine keeps checking "wait loading toner" (about 2 3 minutes to be full operational)... i check the system toners and black and cyan are not detectable, but it prints anyway. And when i print something, at 14 sheet always comes up a error... There we go again, turn off and the machine to clear the error, and waiting loading toner... just annoying... Could this method that you show could fix?

we have an error message, the error was for Cyan to turn machine off using green button, so we did when I was looking for what the error message was and the machine was off but on from the main, the Mainboard blew one capacitor and diode next to the Green Coil with yellow insulation there are 4 resistors in parallel, I have replaced the diode and the 2 capacitors but I am scared in plugging it back on the printer incase something else blows, is there a way to test the board to see if the are other damaged components that show no burn discoloration? when I put a multimeter out of the machine and thus no plugs are connected the main Line and Neutral connection reads OL no conductivity is this normal or is there circuit break in the line?If I put everything in the machine I have an ohm reading, but I have not run power as yet to be on the safe side.I had a previous machine same model that loved blowing mainboards and Ricoh says no parts available, can the board of a MPC4505 run a MPC4500? in Australia no components become available after 10 years when the machines can run well after 20 years if une takes care of them

I forced toner and still couldn't get the black toner to pump. It's weird that our tech got the printer to work for a few days on what little toner is in the device and then when it adds toner, it won't work. Then he has to come back.

I don't understand your question. Are you trying to reset a PM counter?

@@abdnassar7936 oh ok! First, you CANNOT use that (9002)NVRAM to install in a 5502. You will need a new one. Then follow directions in your service manual. Make sure you back up old one before you replace!!!!

i have same problem with my ricoh c4000 .. the cyan color is empty on screen and i replaced the chip of cyan and then i reset the machine from the program ( 107 ) and same problem (( the toner cyan is empty ) after that i replaced the yellow pump with cyan pump to be sure that is the cyan pump is failer but nothing changed ... the same message appear on screen (( replace the cyan toner ) what can i do for this ? help plzzz

If I'm following you right ..... make sure you blow out the toner pump tube as well. You also have to open close the door a few times for the toner to get down in the developer unit. Hope this helps!
