I am just wondering what OP 'threatened' the ancient and weakthy island owner with to convince them to bring the entire bloodlines of everyone descendant of the island Wth is great granny Agnes, the pregnant aunt or the baby cousins going to do? And why two of the many, many grieving families? Wouldn't an entire army of berieved be better? I don’t much care for rules stories to start with but the bad ones definitely follow this story’s script, with zero pacing or buildup, just “here’s creepy things that might happen; now every single one will happen in the next five minutes. Have fun!” Who are these characters? Why should I care? Some of them died I guess? I feel nothing. I don’t remember anyone’s names because I never got more than a sentence about them. The island’s history could have been a nice slowburn suspenseful mystery, “Nah, here have an infodump post climax.” C’mon. You can be better than this, writers. Nice narration, though; thanks for the effort.
