Start with a non silenced pistol. Right at the start, I think around the minute mark, the holy man walks past the building with the metalworker's disguise. If you time it right, you can throw something to lure him upstairs and inside. The clothing iron will do fine. Wait for the other metalworker to walk downstairs, shoot the target with a non silenced pistol and hide his body in the nearby closet. Walk outside at the back end and any alerted guards will never find you. Much easier like that. Good luck on the upcoming elusive target!

On level 3 I followed the holy man to the outhouse across from the tailor shop, above the northern sewers (near the train yard entrance). If you lure him in there with a coin, you can shoot him (I used the Matador), dump his body down the hole, and jump after him before the guards show up. They never find you or his body . Once they stop searching, I climbed out and then went after Lucky.

@MrFreeze2244 - On level 3, there is an easier way to do it without the need to throw around a briefcase and drop a gun etc :) ... Just wait for the guards to finish the discussion and one of them will leave! You can then turn off the fusebox and continue the rest of your guide with ease. This way it becomes even more easier to use syring on the second target as there will be no guard coming back that you need to watch out for.

I played this before watching the video and started off as a food vendor, which starts you closer to Lucky Parminder, who I killed just like you did. You can then run back to the closest tea stand and rat poison the Holy Man. After I shot him in the same toilet i just ran to the nearest cab, which luckily worked (I completely forgot about the Sieker 1, but this worked too). This escalation was kinda more like a puzzle, as the options of killing them were limited by the fact that they were always out in the open. So it was more about finding out how to lure them into a dark corner. Not my favorite escalation, but still not worse than that Whittleton Creek one, which just added a new target on each stage.

Easy way to kill the first target. Run towards the stairs right from the start, go up until you see the target. He will stop right underneath a sign, shoot that sign and exit. Takes a few secs only, silent assassin aswell.

3 level. Holy man is slow but simple - I simply lured him into the loo near the train yard (shovel works, coins would obviously work too) and then launched him with the striker into the hole. I had way more trouble with the the accident guy on that level because I could not find the alley. So I just put the battery into the puddle near the toilet (in the middle of his route) and shot the battery from the said toilet when he was the only one touching the puddle.

Quicker way to do first one is start on skywalk, you're basically right next to the sign. I came here to see how you did 3rd part silent, as I couldn't find a way to kill the guy with unsilenced pistol and still get SA

You can also poison both of them as food vendor (starting location). They walk past the stand. Rest is similar. Also found a hut to the left of tailor's place where the holy man can be lured. Can be shot with something like striker to make the corpse fall into the sewer (level 3 kill). You can then book it via tuk-tuk, retaining SA.

The third level of this escalation was pretty hard because my game bugged out. The first guy had no collision detection, but I was able to get him with the electrocution phone. Then the guards dragged away his body but every NPC they bumped into got stuck in a loop standing still congratulating themselves for finding a coin despite there being none. This included the Holy Man.

So I messed up the timing on trying to get the holy man during the third escalation level and he started wandering way out. My solution was to get up on the bridge and wait for him to get into the center of one of the markets, crouch down out of sight, and hit him from an elevated position.

I shot the holy man with the Sieker-1 which got him in the earlier bathroom. I climbed up onto the roof right next to the Agency Pickup "Southern Rooftop" and shot him with the "El Matador" through the window before making my escape. Everyone came to investigate the gunshot, so his body was never found.

Just finished it. My difference was that the two dudes didn't turn their backs, and a guard nearby came running over! I dragged the holy man's body into the restroom, and luckily no one checked inside!

Last part is awful, finally did it on my 4th go, absolutely botched it too, yet the guards were slower. Maybe the multiple shoots made them stop in their tracks. Good stuff though!

Parminder - Use micro taser on a small puddle in his path. Holy man - lure him to the hut at the end of the path with a coin. Pacify and kill once you drag him a bit away.

For the life of me I can't complete level 3 SA. I do everything correctly and while I'm running to the exit they see the guy in the bathroom and I lose SA. Since he was electrocuted how do I lose SA? Isn't it an accident?

A body that has been moved will void SA if found, even if the initial kill was an accident.

Most common reason for that in my experience is they were already alerted by your presence in someway.
