10:50 I think the harpoon can actually proc on junk items (not 100% sure though), so putting one in an open spot can make it more likely that your other items survive in situations like this

There is a skill that power scales Electric eel's quite well, it boosts weapon attack power each time you slow. I got to 9 wins with it but struggles against low item # and low weapon # boards.
