I can induce a lucid dream and control my dreams to a certain extent. That's how I put myself to sleep for morning or an afternoon nap. I also think we can do rational thinking, we might not learn something that's entirely new and unknown but I do believe we can develop solutions and concepts based on our previous knowledge while dreaming.

Good video on sleep and dream👏👏👏. I want to add few comments and suggestions. In this video you mentioned that a person who is in dream he/she cannot able to read or write. I don't know about the writing part in dream. I have attached a video link, where a research group done a research on lucid dreamers and contacted with the subjects while they are dreaming (during sleep). 1. You told we cannot read in dreams. Researchers in that video told that for checking reality check they mentioned as "when we read something and when we come back and read the same thing again all the letters will be jumbled". It seems to be what you have mentioned is partially correct. 2. In that video they asked the second question as simple math problem of 2+1 and subject responded 3 with her eye movements. The subject reported that she re-visioned the numbers on the house and did the problem. Which looks like she saw the numbers in the dream and calculated the answers. வணக்கம் தோழர் 🤝 அறிவியலை தமிழில் எளிமையாக அனைவருக்கும் கொண்டு சேர்க்கும் தங்கள் முயற்சிக்கு வாழ்த்துக்கள் நன்றிகள் 💐💐 பாப்பாவை அறிவியல் மனப்பான்மையோடு வளர்ப்பது அருமை ❤️ ஓராண்டிற்கு மேலாக தங்கள் காணொளியை பார்த்து வருகிறேன் இதுதான் என் முதல் கமெண்ட்.. நான் வரலாற்று மாணவன் போட்டித்தேர்வுக்கு படித்து வருகிறேன். முதல் உலகப்போர், இரண்டாம் உலகபோர், பனிப்போர் காலகட்டம் பற்றி ஆழ்ந்து படிக்கும் போது அன்றிரவு உலகப்போரின் நேரடி அனுபவம் எனக்கு கிடைத்தது. ஆம் போர் விமானங்களும் பீரங்கிகளும் தாக்குவதை போன்ற வண்ணமயமான கனவாக கண்டு மகிழ்ந்துள்ளேன் 😍 இரண்டு மூன்று தடவை பிடித்த இடங்களுக்கெல்லாம் பறப்பதை போன்ற கனவையும் கொண்டுள்ளேன். அதே போல் பாம்பு துரத்துவதோ அல்லது யாரோ துரத்துவது போன்ற கனவில் எவ்வளவு ஓடினாலும் இயல்பாக ஓட முடியவில்லை இதை பலமுறை உணர்ந்துள்ளேன்.

I have experienced lucid dreams many tym, at the same tym I can continue my dream once if I woked up and go to sleep again suddenly,I personally believe that wats happening in dream will be going to happen in real life, at the same tym past things never come as dream I have noticed that. But till many dreams are not happened but I hope that things are going to happen at any point of tym.

I am a lucid dreamer . When I needed it come . Also I can control the entire thing . Also you will feel in dream like pain , fear ,excitement . The best way to get it is to trust it and control your trust.acc to me , you see something in a dream what you think or generate ,if you became extreme fear or happy or pleasure ,etc you will exit out of dream , the intresting fact I found is you can continue a dream within 30 seconds to your last dream.
