i tried, but too much powder will make it sour. but too little will not stable into 豆腐花。so I will try less next time until it's still turns into pudding

Hi. Yes. I tried once. I put too much of the powder. It became sour and a bit hard. Don’t put too much. Maybe powder too much and caused the problem. My friend also prefer to use sweet soya bean drink to do. Hope that helps 😉😉

Was it sour? That’s one of the challenges with using GDL.
