Very interesting case.. I'm glad this person got the right scans. Symptoms can be absolutely crazy and traditional doctors just don't understand. God Bless

Does insurance typically cover this type of scan and evaluation? If not, what is a ballpark cost? I have some confusing symptoms that no one can seem to figure out, but I feel sure they are related to a neck injury I had as a child.

Insurance does not cover our scans or treatment. You can call the office for pricing.

What kind of MRI scan is that? The ones I have gotten never look that detailed. I've been struggling with extremely weird and painful symptoms for years but no doctor has figured anything out.

Four phase CT (X-Ray) angiogram, he’s the only one who does this. Might get three phase elsewhere. An iodine based contrast is used to show the veins and arteries separately as it takes time to go from one to the other. There a four separate scans, then I presume the are registered (aligned). I presume that this is then repeated for each rotation. Did I get it right Dr M? I’d love to see a video of the scan being performed and an explanation of how it works and the software.
