Shooting at him while he’s ensnared by a monster and they barely manage to stun him. The other Jedi really don’t show this kind of potential against literal robot fodder.

The other Jedi are basically school counselors who got a crash course in self defence before being shipped off to a war. Krell is actually a general in mind and spirit. A sadistic general who would be hung for war crimes if his side lost the war that is.

@@shoeman6966 Just the same, a sharp transition from the light side to the dark one promises a loss in overall strength, due to the opposite of these forces.

@@haydenfowle7576 1. Inquisitors do not command an army. 2. Even if Krell commanded the army of the empire, he would also be the most successful commander, which he was during the clone wars. Most likely, his straightforward and effective strategies would have swept away the rebels on many planets.

I think he would have been too dangerous as an inquisitor. He has ambitions to serve as Dooku’s 2nd, and when the truth of Sideous would have been revealed, he’d aspire to be his apprentice then. That puts him in direct competition vs Vader.

I find it ironic that Anaken, Obiwan and the rest of the Jedi commanders, generals, senior and high generals were not killed in the first year of the war, despite the fact that they climb into battle in the first echelons. What is only worth 2 landing on geonosis, where the Republic at once almost lost a huge group of advanced troops, at least 2 companies of special forces, two top Jedi generals, one Jedi general, one Jedi commander, one marshal clone commander, and several clone commanders.

@ well, that doesn't mean he was a master, Anakin was knight since start of the clone wars show. And he was in charge / General of the 501st. And I'm pretty Aayla Secura (blue Twi'Lek Jedi) was a knight at the start of the show and she was in charge of her battalion also.
