I like it At that price a person could come and go for months at a time without worry. Thanks
@christaylor70492 жыл бұрын
That's good value consider new, what do you get in the USA for 100 per month, maybe a good beating living in a tent

Nice construction. One tip for people that are interested - it's sometimes better to rent the ground floor units as water pressure is weak in the upper units during peak usage.

definitely fantastic room for $100.. I'll be happy to pay a little extra for built-in small safe.. I don't remember seeing any apartment with safe..just want a place to keep passport and credit cards..

Very nice. A cheap hotel here in states is $100 for one night. That place at same cost no until. Give it take. Wow!

Yea they real nice for the price l think they would be better just open plan rather than bedroom separate

Nice and cozy. Looks great new. I had better reset my expectations when I come there from the US. Not sure I can do such a small space with neighbors jammed in so tight. Thanks for sharing and god bless 🙏

Hi Steven, I agree with Gerry they are kind of small, however I do believe that they are large enough for 1 person. Love the layout, just would prefer a bit larger. Take care of yourself and your family. Stay safe and heave fun.

Maybe they should have a couple of units fully furnish to target expats. I use to pay 10 k for a new fully furnish unit. For 15 k you really can live in cebu with all the comforts of home. We'r the ones who drive up the price up in every country we go. Cheap is like good or bad subjective. We need to think about money in their way not our way. Still nice find to get started or short stay. Apple's for apple's Philippines not that cheap we just cut back on tons of things while there and call it cheap. 🙏🏽✌🏽

Good base of operations for a single person. I’d need that bathroom tiled up though.

Hello Steve, any idea what the red squares are in the walls of the back porch area? Like the western style here, passing on to Asawa to possibly build similar in d province

I like it :) Just a bit too "enclosed" for my taste. Not that I don't like the safety features. But I think those backyard walls would get to me if I stayed there for long. Steve, what's your take on condos in tall buildings?I mean those were you basically have a receptionist and a little furnished apartment upstairs. I notice that they are typically pricier.
