Having the fruits and vegetables available right across the street is a great feature of this place.

Open the mind, has potential, cross-flow ventilation with fans, I would switch the door opening, out instead of in, more space but very workable 👌🏾👌🏾

Good for $120, and the store with essentials across the street for the bonus.

All a single guy would need is half that amount of space. So I’m sure they would negotiate on the price?. It’s great to see such inexpensive places to live in the Philippines! 🇵🇭 Please do more videos of inexpensive or cheap rental units around $100 USD per month. ✌🏻😊

I like this place!! I believe way more possibilities than the $500.00 secure apartment you showed. Good price. And yes, common sense reasonable expectations need to be applied.

I like how the stairs are open and let's you use space as you wish.. Not enclosed with cubby holes to shove stuff unseen

Guys Check out FB Marketplace too. You can find great places to live; just type in the location you want. From Trece where our friend lives up to Silang proper where it is much cooler. As to furniture, there are tons of Japanese surplus place you can buy cheap.

That had to be the funkiest place so far. Looks like they've added on a few times to the original structure. Very strange layout. I think most Filipinos can work with anything. Most westerners are spoiled and picky. So much so I think it's illegal here to rent a unit without a work refrigerator. I do enjoy the lower level rentals you're showing. Interesting to see what's available on the lesser scales. A Xpat with a sweet spot income could rent for cheap and save. Easily get all his necessities while living on the cheap and get to know the culture and people. 👍

sweet, if I was over there and looking, I'd snatch it up and see if they'd do a 30-year lease. At $120 I could afford upgrading the fuck out of it (fridge, 2 stoves, "real toilets", hot water, showers, etc), and they'd keep everything I did once I die.

It's not Trump tower, but if somebody wanted to get their foot in the door in the Philippines for cheap, it would be ok. No doubt you would meet a ton of people if you sat out front, and made an effort to be approachable. It may not be for everyone, but someone could live there for a year, bank a bunch of money, then upgrade to something a bit more upscale later on.
@thinkforyourself93342 жыл бұрын
Trump Tower isn't that great. It's fairly empty as far as tenants are concerned and it isn't any better than the other condo buildings nearby..Very overpriced!! I live in Makati.

unfortunately I'm a minimum of 5 years from getting there; side note: I love the fact that the grocery store is just across the street 😁😁

Good size for the money Steve and if you want to be in the middle of everything. I prefare the smaller newer ones but someone who is taken a partner and children on it would be ideal 🌴🇬🇧🇵🇭🌹
