It’s funny why it’s so typical to have the bathroom next to the kitchen. Rarely, do they have exhaust fans. Many homes will have an opening through the wall that enters the kitchen. Bon appétit.

Definitely worth the money. CR needs upgrades and would have been nice if they built a hole in the wall for an aircon to be mounted though. Split aircon might be easier to install but a huge pain to remove and transfer when you move out.

Split AC is actually better

I would definitely install a hot water shower fixture but they are relatively inexpensive and easy to install.

Glad your friend will be getting into the apartment! I guess if you wanted to "hook up" the bathroom you could do it with a shower curtain(s) and some other stuff if ur creative !Love the color scheme in the apartment! It's amazing how quiet it is with the street closed! Is it possible to make a suggestion to the powers that be or barangay captain to see if they can close down the street permanently and make it just pedestrian friendly? Just an idea or dream for you!that would be amazing!!!

That's pretty nice only if the water ran and you will never rid those rooster screamers as long as you live in PI. But nicely built sturdy concrete structure with pretty nice view and area. I could live in a building like that. Thanks for showing us.

Thanks Steve. That is a nice apartment. Is there a central area for a washing machine? I don’t mind the roosters too much. When my time comes to final move to the PH. I am hoping to find something in Tarlac City. Something in walking distance to grocery shopping and parks. I don’t drive and I have a problem fitting into jeepneys and tricycles - too tall. Cheers

LOL, I think you’re going to need a lot of money to buy up all the roosters on that block. 🐔 Personally, I think cockfighting is a major religion to the average Filipino. I’ve seen poor folks save up for years just to buy a particular breed. I’ve actually been to an arena and it’s just like the floor of the stock market where people are yelling bets, odds, and markers with hand gestures, which is a language of its own.
@MrSteven59752 жыл бұрын
