Don't ask an insurance agent which to buy? Y? Because it's a conflict of interest. MRTA is definitely much cheaper and provides higher ROI for ur investment properties at the same time gives u enough insurance coverage for the whole tenure. MLTA much much higher comm for an agent, higher commitment, lowered ur ROI for investment, risk of unable to pay a high premium and no longer have insurance for ur properties.
