MRTA 10k++ is for lump sum paid in once. But if you settle earlier, it still have rebate. So compare if as Sean mention 2k+ per year is really seem too expensive.

for me, i would buy MLTA due to its conenience AND buy life insurance or medical cards. also, additional house insurance for things like fire or etc btw, does MLTA includes housing insurance (fire, burglary, etc)? i think not right?
