What’s crazy is that the second series code black is someone who literally did not take care of their health the body is working in super overtime he probably was a bit of a smoker which is why the pills wrecked havoc inside his body the ending is genuinely wholesome and sad I genuinely cried the last order from the captain at the command center when the body did its best and the body was breaking down you understand that from a medical perspective this is how sad it is when people meet and early grave from bad habits like smoking and drinking like crazy the macrophage was almost detecting red blood cells as potential cancers because of when you smoke too much it affects the blood stream.

Some people in the comments section don't realise that Cells At Work was supposed to demonstrate the inner workings of a healthy body whereas Code Black is supposed to demonstrate the inner workings of a body that's almost beyond repair due to negligence. That's why the setting and the background is so different because Code Black is supposed to act as a cautionary tale to us youngsters.

True I like how there’s a ying and Yang the good and the bad that’s why that body has. so many micro tumors in its blood stream where oxygen has to pass through code black shows how much damage we cause to our own bodies. when we don’t take care of it the body goes into overdrive trying to keep itself alive. so code black is the body of a smoker most likely the first cells at work most likely focuses on a healthy body and a fan theory is that the red blood cell in that series may have had a small genetic mutation that was minor so it leads to awkward allergies and needing to stay healthy.

They only kill infected cells, cancer cells, and dead cells. The only case of an immunity cell killing a healthy cell is if the body has an autoimmune disease, which would cause the cells in your body to not be able to tell what's healthy and what's not, which can kill you.

He told me that it was actually the correct way to study biology.
